How to collect your order in 3 steps.

1. Receive a confirmation email with the status “Order Confirmed”

Before picking up your order, please make sure that you have received a confirmation email indicating that your order is confirmed. If you haven't received anything, check that the email hasn't arrived in your SPAM inbox.

2. Make an appointment with us to collect your order.

After receiving the confirmation of your order, you can pick it up free of charge by contacting us by phone on 079 948 99 81, to set up an appointment on site. The opening days are Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

3. Go to Soulwines

Once you have obtained the appointment confirmation from us, you can go directly to the agreed time at the following address:
